We used spray paint and a stencil to paint the body tube.We 3D printed the fins, launch lug, and nose cone based on our own design.Fully stacked Osprey 1, launch ready.
Osprey 1 launched on an Estes B 6-5. This did not go well. Two possible issues: Too much wadding and/or nose cone too snug inside body tube. At the end it nose dived and crashed. We need to use a C engine next time and reduce diameter of stager segment that fits inside body tube.
